Why does PI Homes exist?
Sophia Filfil is a land developer who also builds homes so people get a different place to live. Houston / Katy is mostly brown brick; true contemporary is rare. PI Homes exists to change that at Sofi Lakes — white stucco, limestone, black steel, wood — on 40×120, 45×120, and 50×120 lots. Named for π. Not the 60-foot brown-brick lane. Contact for pricing.

What makes a PI Homes floor plan different?
Every 40×120, 45×120, and 50×120 plan can put the garage on the left or the right, park cars back-to-back (tandem) so the living room sits at the front door, and choose double or single doors, Ribbon / Picture / Clerestory windows, limestone / gray / black / silver / brown walls, gable / slope / flat roofs, and 8, 10, or 12 ft entry ceilings. PI Homes is named for π — the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. Exact for every circle, never quite finished (≈ 3.14159…). The tagline is Built on a Perfect Ratio.
