The new look
The advertising you are about to see is the house: a limestone mass, a quiet stucco field, black steel, and a wood entry. No foam brackets. No catalog gable. π is the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter — exact, never finished. That is how we draw a 2,000–2,600 sq ft home so it still reads as a full house from the street.
The lane
Sofi Lakes also has 60-foot homes in the 2,800–3,900 sq ft range, published from about $550,000. That is a valid lane. It is not ours.
